Cancelling an order

Cancellation is possible until the order is handed over to the carrier.

The timeline

Before packing

Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.

Being packed

Call +1 323-505-7777 — we can often still stop it at the bench.

After despatch

The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.

Refund issued

A cancellation refunds the full amount to the original payment method in five to seven business days.

Either call +1 323-505-7777 during Mon–Sat: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM · Sun: Closed or email [email protected]. Calls reach the stockroom faster.

Cancellations by us

Caveman Vintage Music sometimes has to cancel: the last one broke, the price was wrong, or the address is unreachable. You get the reason and the full amount, and we ask before suggesting anything else.
