Returns and refunds

Requests to return an item are accepted for 30 days after the delivery date.

How to return something

Let us know

[email protected], with the order number and the item name.

We set it up

You receive the address and a note on what we need.

Ship the return

Pack it as received so it is not damaged on the way.

Refund

We refund the original payment method, typically five to seven business days after receipt.

Condition

We need the item unused and in its original packaging in order to refund it.

Hygiene items are returnable only while sealed.

Who pays for the return

The cost of returning an unwanted item is yours; the cost of returning our mistake is not.

Products that carry a warranty carry the maker's, not ours. Caveman Vintage Music is accountable for describing goods correctly and delivering them undamaged, and makes no further warranty claim.
